Information for New Festiva Adventure Club MembersWe realize that many of our new members may have unanswered questions about their membership and how to make the most out of their vacations through the Festiva Adventure Club. We acknowledge that the Adventure Club can be a complicated program, and our experienced Member Services staff typically sees a great increase in the satisfaction of members after just one year of using the program.When you purchased, you should have received the Festiva Adventure Club Member Directory. This book contains detailed information about the Festiva Adventure Club including understanding your points, making reservations, reservation windows, how to exchange through Interval International, how to use your Festiva Platinum Rewards, contact information and frequently asked questions. Your member book also contains detailed information about each of the Adventure Club properties including amenities, directions, contact information, local attractions and points charts. Please note that the most current information can always be found on the Festiva Adventure Club website, including an electronic version of the most up to date member book. There should also be a DVD included in your Member Directory that has a video tutorial, resort videos, member referral information and links to the most up to date Member Directory on our website. Please be sure to look carefully through all of the contents of your Member Directory and be prepared to get excited about vacationing! Within a few weeks, you will receive a Welcome Letter from our corporate headquarters in Asheville, NC, containing some important information. This will include your Owner ID, Validation Number and information on registering your account on the Adventure Club website. Please do not discard this letter as it can help you get started with your membership, and in the future. The Adventure Club website is a great resource with resort specials, member news, a quick guide to understanding your membership, current club rules and regulations, reservation request forms, online maintenance fee payment forms, points charts, frequently asked questions, and more! Of course you can also find detailed news and information about each of our resorts and their fabulous destinations on our website as well. If you can't find answers to your questions in your member book or on our website, we have a staff of well-trained Member Services representatives who can answer questions about all aspects of your membership and can resolve the majority of issues you may have.
